We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please review the following policy.

1. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items like opened skincare or used cosmetics are not returnable due to hygiene reasons

2. Return Process

  • Email us at teamfridimart@gmail.com with your order number and reason

  • Once approved, we’ll send return instructions

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect

3. Refunds

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof
